weight loss program

Few months back I read one article saying that over-eating and obesity is worse for health than being a lifetime smoker, or having a chronic drinking problem. It also revealed that obesity has been shown to raise the risk of heart disease, osteoarthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure and certain types of cancer.
Thus, I joined a weight loss program recommended by a friend and started my beautiful journey of losing weight by simple and health way. I would like to share some of the useful tips in this program with you.
1.       Try to keep your daily carb intake under 100grams – we want to burn our stored fat as  fuel, not carbs.
2.       Drink water at least 2.4L a day.
3.       Walk 10,000 steps a day. Brisk walking of 15minutes is recommended.

4.       Take recommended supplements such as multi vitamin, omega 3 etc.
5.       Take at least 3 complete meals a day. Meals should include protein,vegetables and fresh fruits.
6.       Eat small portion of everything. Do not over-eat.
